By accessing or using Agent Legs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Agent Legs provides an action execution API for AI agents, enabling browsing, code execution, email sending, API calls, and file management. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during early access.
You may use Agent Legs to enable your AI agents to perform legitimate, legal actions on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions your agents take through our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share keys or commit them to public repositories. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
All actions executed through Agent Legs are logged. Logs are used for debugging, billing, and compliance purposes. You may export your logs via the API. Logs are retained according to your plan.
Free plan users receive 1,000 actions per month at no cost. Pro plan users are billed monthly. Overages on Pro are billed at the published overage rate. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your action logs will be retained for 30 days then deleted.
Agent Legs is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose during the early access period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Legs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
